On the first day of the event, professionals from the local real estate market were invited. Within the framework of the business program of the first day, participants and visitors gathered behind the round table, where they discussed the current situation in the real estate market, as well as issues related to investments and immigration. A series of presentations of participants was held for visitors. On the second day, the event was visited by potential buyers and investors who could also listen to presentations of participants and communicate with each of them individually.
 
For two days, Aristo Developers held competitions for visitors, and the winners received an accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights in a luxury golf resort - The Cyprus Golf Resort Venus Rock for 2 people, as well as a golf game on a golf course designed by Tony Jacklin,  the UK's most successful golfer of the 70s as a gift.
   
GREIMS St. Petersburg is the last event in 2019 of foreign real estate, immigration and investment from Global Promotion Group.
